Madeleine Gray

Madeleine Gray is a Registered Nurse (RN), 200hr YTT, and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in postpartum movement with over a decade of experience in fitness and holistic health. A former competitive gymnast and diver, movement and body awareness have been part of her life since childhood. She has taught HIIT, Body Pump, and personal training, and now focuses on core restoration, functional strength, mobility, and postpartum recovery through pilates-informed movement.

Madeleine blends her clinical knowledge with whole-person coaching—addressing nervous system support, nutrition, and sustainable movement patterns. As a new mom herself, she is passionate about helping other women rebuild strength and confidence after birth, and move with greater freedom, balance, and vitality.
