Megan

Megan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), specializing in Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Mobility, Pilates, and Nutrition. She focuses on core strength, functional movement, joint mobility, balance, alignment, pain reduction, injury prevention, intuitive eating, stress reduction, neuromuscular patterning, and foundation movement basics such as how we breathe, walk, sit, work, and sleep. Megan has been working in health and fitness since 2004 and has worked with clients ranging in age from 1 year to 82 years old. She has a passion for helping people get the most out of their bodies and moving with as much freedom of movement as possible.
