Maggie weaves flow with alignment yoga in a way that takes students deeper into their practice mindfully and purposefully. In every class, you can expect to be guided by the truest teacher who lives within you.

She has been teaching since 2016. She also completed her 300-hr training while pregnant with her first child, which provided even more intimate insight into how yoga can be accessible and supportive during the physical, emotional and spiritual transition to motherhood.
