This all-level postpartum class is designed to help you gently rebuild strength, stability, and connection—with your baby close to your heart. Blending Pilates-inspired movement with bodyweight strength and mobility work, you’ll move through functional patterns that support core recovery, pelvic floor health, posture, and breath.
You’ll be guided through mindful movement to:
- Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor after birth
- Improve posture, alignment, and mobility
- Build strength and confidence for everyday parenting tasks
- Bond with your baby while caring for your own recovery
Babywearing is welcome and encouraged, but not required. You’re welcome to move with your baby in a carrier or on a mat beside you.
We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section. As always, please get clearance from your provider before beginning postpartum movement.
