This playful, all-level class is designed for parents and caregivers with mobile babies or active toddlers. With a blend of movement, connection, and community, you’ll enjoy gentle yoga alongside your little one while creating space to bond, move, and share in the joy of early parenthood.
You’ll be guided through an interactive practice to:
- Explore simple yoga poses that support strength, flexibility, and presence
- Engage your child through songs, movement, and playful activities
- Strengthen your bond through eye contact, touch, and shared movement
- Practice relaxation techniques to calm both your nervous systems
- Connect with other caregivers navigating the toddler season
This class welcomes parents, grandparents, and caregivers with crawling babies or toddlers. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
