Support your changing body and growing baby with this empowering, core-strengthening Pilates class designed specifically for pregnancy. In this gentle yet effective mat-based practice, we’ll focus on deep core engagement, pelvic floor awareness, posture support, and breathwork to help reduce common pregnancy discomforts and build strength for labor and postpartum recovery.
This class is open to all trimesters and movement levels, with plenty of modifications offered to meet you where you are. Expect a warm, supportive space to connect with your body, your breath, and a community of other expecting moms.
