This all-level class offers a gentle, grounding approach to movement: ideal for days when you’re craving stillness, softness, and space to reconnect. Inspired by Hatha yoga, you’ll move through slow, intentional transitions supported by breath, presence, and deep listening.
You’ll be guided through mindful movement to:
- Ease physical tension and soften common pregnancy discomforts
- Support posture, balance, and alignment as your body changes
- Calm the nervous system and relieve stress
- Deepen your connection with your baby and yourself
