This all-level class is designed to support your postpartum recovery while creating space to bond with your baby. With gentle movement, breathwork, and community connection, you’ll be guided through a practice that nurtures your body, mind, and the growing bond between you and your little one.

You’ll move through a supportive practice to:
  • Reconnect with your body through gentle stretching and strength-building
  • Reduce stress, release tension, and promote relaxation
  • Incorporate your baby into movement and breath for meaningful bonding
  • Connect with other new parents in a welcoming, baby-friendly space
Feeding, changing, and comforting your baby are always welcome here. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is ideal for parents with babies from newborn to pre-crawling (typically up to 6 months).

We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section. As always, please get clearance from your provider before beginning postpartum movement. These classes are for postpartum students only.
