This all-level class is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, whether you’re newly expecting or nearing your due date. With an emphasis on intuitive movement, breath, and connection, this class offers space to build strength, release tension, and tune into your body’s innate wisdom.
You’ll move through a mindful flow to:
- Ease common pregnancy discomforts (like low back pain, nausea, or sciatica)
- Build strength and flexibility to support your changing body
- Improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and calm the nervous system
- Cultivate breath awareness and presence for labor and beyond
