This comprehensive workshop is designed to help expecting moms understand and support their changing bodies during pregnancy. You'll learn about the shifts in your muscles and skeletal structure, including kyphosis, lordosis, and the effects of the hormone relaxin.
We will address common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, fatigue, nausea, lightheadedness, pelvic floor issues, and diastasis recti (abdominal separation). Learn practical ways to prevent and reduce these issues, and how to check for diastasis recti postpartum.

The workshop also includes exercises to help you maintain strength and stability throughout your pregnancy, including:

  • Diaphragmatic breathing techniques
  • Core activation to support your growing belly
  • Pelvic floor exercises to maintain flexibility and strength
  • Chest and upper back stretches to combat postural imbalances
  • Glute and hip stability exercises for overall strength
In addition, we'll cover postpartum issues to be mindful of, such as kyphosis, glute weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, and how to restore balance and strength in the body after birth.
