This 60-minute class is designed for mothers who want to restore core strength and improve function after childbirth, with babies welcome to join! Focusing on rehabilitating the core and pelvic floor, this class combines functional exercises with Pilates and barre methods to emphasize safe core control, mobility, and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to engage and strengthen your core, repair diastasis recti, and address pelvic floor dysfunction with techniques specifically tailored to your postpartum body.

As you regain strength, you’ll build confidence in your movements and adapt to the new patterns of motherhood.

We recommend waiting 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 8 weeks after a C-section before attending. Please consult your doctor or midwife before joining. Non-crawling babies are welcome!

We respectfully ask that only postpartum students attend Postnatal classes.
