This all-level class is designed to support your healing and strength-building journey in the postpartum season. With a focus on core rehabilitation, pelvic floor health, and full-body conditioning, you’ll move through mindful exercises inspired by functional movement, Pilates, and barre—tailored specifically for the postpartum body.

You’ll be guided through intentional movement to:
  • Rebuild core strength and support healing from diastasis recti
  • Improve pelvic floor function and overall stability
  • Increase mobility and body awareness for daily life as a new parent
  • Boost confidence as you move through early motherhood
Non-crawling babies are welcome to join you on your mat—whether they nap, coo, or cuddle.

We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section. As always, please get clearance from your provider before beginning postpartum movement.
