Our prenatal flow class is an all-level class designed for students to connect with their bodies intuitively. Students can expect to:

  • Reduce stress + anxiety
  • Improve sleep
  • Increase strength + flexibility
  • Work to relieve common pains caused by pregnancy (low back, nausea, headaches, sciatica, etc)
  • Prepare for birth
  • Prepare the mind, body, and spirit for labor and delivery

Always consult your doctor or midwife before beginning classes.

We respectfully ask that only pregnant students attend prenatal classes.
