This all-level class offers deep rest and gentle support for your body and mind during pregnancy. Inspired by traditional restorative yoga, each session uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you settle into fully supported poses with ease and comfort.
You’ll be guided through stillness and breathwork to:
- Relieve tension, fatigue, and common discomforts like back pain or swelling
- Calm the nervous system and support better sleep
- Create space in the body for your growing baby
- Connect inward and recharge physically and emotionally
