There’s so much focus on preparing for birth, but what about after your baby arrives? This interactive workshop helps you create a personalized postpartum plan so you can feel supported, prepared, and confident during the fourth trimester.

We’ll cover:
  • Feeding and newborn care logistics
  • Visitor boundaries and communication
  • Maternal mental health and physical healing
  • Rest, household responsibilities, and support systems
  • Creating community and knowing when to ask for help
You’ll leave with a concrete plan, actionable steps, and a list of trusted resources to guide you when you need them most.
