This all-level class is designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence through every stage of pregnancy. Blending functional movement, Pilates, and barre-inspired techniques, each session focuses on safe core engagement, full-body conditioning, and mindful mechanics for your changing body.
You’ll move through intentional exercises to:
- Build strength and endurance to support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery
- Improve mobility and alignment for everyday ease
- Learn techniques to prevent or support healing from diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Move with confidence through every stage of your perinatal journey
