Welcome to our Yoga Nidra class at Austin Yoga Lounge! This event is designed specifically for new and expecting parents. Pregnancy and parenthood are beautiful journeys, but they can also be physically and emotionally demanding. In this class, hosted by Ciara, a mom of two, we provide a sanctuary for relaxing, rejuvenating, and connecting with your inner self, allowing you to experience deep, restorative rest.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful technique that guides you into deep relaxation while remaining conscious. Through gentle guidance and visualization, Ciara will lead you through various stages to help release tension, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being.

During pregnancy, your body undergoes numerous changes, and it's essential to take time for yourself to rest and recharge. Our Yoga Nidra practice for expecting moms provides a safe space for you to connect with your growing baby, alleviate stress, and prepare mentally and emotionally for childbirth.

For new parents, sleep deprivation and the demands of caring for a newborn can leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Our Yoga Nidra practice offers a precious opportunity to surrender to deep rest, allowing your body and mind to replenish and restore balance.
